A comfy cottage in a quiet north-west Devon hamlet

Coles Cottage - comfortable  4 bedroom rural holiday cottage

Coles Cottage is a homely and characterful holiday cottage in North-West Devon in the hamlet of Derriton, just outside of Holsworthy. With lovely views to Dartmoor and an enclosed private garden, this well-equipped cottage sleeps up to 7 in 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and a single upstairs & a double on the ground floor).

The ground-floor bedroom makes a lovely and peaceful extra room opening onto the terrace and garden if it is not required as a bedroom.

Coles Cottage sits in the quiet countryside of North-west Devon, with easy access to the great beaches at Bude and Widemouth. This is an ideal base for exploring North Devon & Cornwall with their fabulous beaches, coasts & quiet countryside, and of course for the South West Coast Path.

Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are to the south with lots of walking and pony trekking. There is great freshwater sailing and fishing on the local Roadford and Tamar Lakes. Angling, horse riding & biking are all very popular locally.

It’s a great holiday home for families, with lots of games, and a library of books & maps. There is a piano in the dining room and there is Geoff's huge vinyl record collection for your enjoyment should the weather not be so good.
